  • Developed the cirrulum for the three-hour Art co-curricular activity (CCA) for six weeks

  • Ensuring timely flow and achieveing set learning objctives while facilitating paper and printmaking to a class of 30

  • Conducted the lesson plans, morning assembly, dismissal and recess duties for relief classes in my daily schedule to all levels (ages 7 to 12)

​Angelina continued to take Art as a core subject. Exploring painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media installations. She started marketing and establishing herself in Singapore’s local crafting community then.

ASEAN-ROK Youth Metaverse Idea Contest | Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency / Busan

  • Represented Singapore to attend week-long training on new AI and Metaverse technology in Busan after a month-long remote training where my group placed top 5 out of 70+ entries

  • Consulted industry experts on our project scope and feasibility, which culminated in a 10-minute presentation where the experts judged the proposal

  • Awarded third place for presenting our idea to use Metaverse VR technology to preserve the physical landscape, cultural traditions, and way of life of the Orang Laut, an Indigenous Malay community native to Singapore

Youth Network Leader |Boon Lay Community Centre (BLCC)

  • Developed workshops for CosmoPAWlitan, the animal welfare department in BLCC, where I held the role of workshop in charge and conducted monthly Cat House making workshops for the public using recycled materials whilst educating on animal cruelty cases in the neighbourhood

  • Implemented a volunteer training programme for the continuation of the workshop

  • Executed a Terrarium Making Workshop for children from low-income households

  • Facilitated a Bath Bomb making workshop through Zoom during COVID-19 as part of home-based learning initiatives

  • Volunteered with 3Pumkins and Tak Takut Kids Club to facilitate an outing for young children to experience 'Katok Foto: Pinhole in the Neighbourhood' at Pasir Ris

  • Angelina Ang’s artistic practice centres around crafting unique creations that seamlessly blend traditional crochet techniques with contemporary innovation, aiming to preserve cultural heritage while making it relevant to modern audiences. As a crochet artist and maker, Angelina has developed a range of ventures, including bespoke handmade accessories, community-driven workshops, and exhibitions that showcase the versatility and beauty of crochet art.

  • Her transition to Arts Management has expanded her role in the arts ecosystem, allowing her to bridge the gap between creative practice and organisational strategy. Passionate about collaboration, she has worked on projects that engage diverse communities and champion meaningful causes, such as empowering underrepresented groups through craft education and promoting sustainable art practices.
